Drop your StayWhisper link in your usual welcome message, on Airbnb, Vrbo or direct, or print it as a QR card in the house. Guests don’t need an app or a login.
StayWhisper asks guests privately, mid-stay — so you hear the small things before they land in the review.

See it in action
Real screens from a live stay guide, step by step. Personal details removed.

Tap “Something needs sorting”, report anything, and watch a pretend vendor fix it. Nothing is sent to anyone.
Shown only to guests who booked with you directly. Airbnb guests never see it.
The unsaid
A message through Airbnb or Vrbo feels formal, and it’s on the record. Guests worry a small request will read like a complaint, or cost them when you review them back. So the dripping tap waits for the review.
“I didn’t want to seem like I was complaining.”
So the small thing goes unsaid until the review.
“What if they review us badly back?”
Guests get rated too. Many won’t risk it.
“A message in the app felt so official.”
A note about thin towels shouldn’t feel like filing a claim.
Hospitality-first hosts want one thing: a perfect stay. StayWhisper gives guests a private, off-platform way to tell you.
Nothing posts publicly, and nothing goes on the booking-platform record. It’s a quiet note to you, sent to whoever can fix it, while your guests are still there.
How it works
Drop your StayWhisper link in your usual welcome message, on Airbnb, Vrbo or direct, or print it as a QR card in the house. Guests don’t need an app or a login.
Guests report privately in a few taps. The right vendor gets it by WhatsApp in English or Spanish, marks it done with a photo, and the guest confirms it’s sorted.
Your house may not fit every group: a family with two young girls, a bachelorette party. Past guests tag who went and leave honest verdicts, so the next group knows if the boat charter suits them.
At checkout, direct guests can claim a returning-guest coupon, and their next stay is booked with you rather than through a platform fee. It’s hidden automatically from Airbnb guests.
Beta hosts get founding pricing, hands-on setup, and a direct line to the team. Limited places per region so we can listen properly.
